perl-cross-debian software package provides Cross build support for Debian perl configurations, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install perl-cross-debian
perl-cross-debian is installed in your system.
Make ensure the perl-cross-debian package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep perl-cross-debian *
You will get with perl-cross-debian package name, version, architecture and description in a table
